Delivery: Deliver the product to a designated shipping company location (such as FedEx).
FedEx QR Code Delivery: Deliver the product to a designated FedEx location that accepts returns using the QR Code.
Pickup from Address: Schedule a pickup of the product from your address for convenient returns.
Important Notes:
furnituress.online does not accept returns at our warehouses.
The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount based on the product location, size, weight, and selected return method.
Delivery charges and service fees are non-refundable.
In case you refuse to receive the shipment, the appropriate return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds:
We initiate the refund process once the returned product is received and verified for defect.
Refunds are processed to store credit within 24 hours.
Refunds to your original payment method take 3-7 business days.
